I dedicate this March to my Father -Thupten Jigme Norbu, Takster
Rinpoche- Eldest brother of His Holiness the XIVth Dalai Lama,
and the strongest advocate for Tibetan Independence and the proper
liberation of six million Tibetans still under Chinese Communist
Rule.
