From: Mile 97, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania

To: Mile 128, Saluvia, Pennsylvania

Total Distance: 31 miles

Topography: 3 mile severe uphill climb followed by sketchy 5 mile alpine downhill run. In total over four major hills to climb on approach to the larger mountains.

Weather: More Rain than Day 2, and some Hail to boot. Colder and Windier ALL DAY.

Major Landmarks: Tuscarora Summit (2000 feet or something stupid like that)

The Ride:
Start: 9:30am
End: 3pm
Total: 6.5 hours
Avg time: 15 mph until the hills slowed us down

Riders: 14

Casualties:
Tenzin Norbu: Aggravated injury from previous days fall. Finished day.
Status: Will not ride tomorrow

Sonam Wangdu: Potential ligament damage in knee. Inflammation made it impossible to continue ride.
Status: Indefinite DL

NO NEW INJURIES AND NO FALLS!!!!!!!

Standouts:
Rinpo Tenzin: RAMBO Led entire ride-AGAIN!!!

Rinpo Tenzin, Tashi Dorjee, and Genden Gyatso: All mistakenly rode 3 miles past endpoint of day- AGAIN!!!

Rapten Jamtso: Stayed with front of pack all day.

Rating: Unbelievable!!!
