How To Help.

  1. Assist with promotions and media coverage, including publishing an announcement of this walk in appropriate newsletters.
  2. Walk with us for any part of the route.
  3. Sponsor a walker ($1500 for living expenses for entire walk).
  4. Sponsor meals for the walkers each day ($10 per walker or $130 for all the walkers).
  5. Walk with us on June 14th (U.S. Flag Day) as 1000's of individuals oppressed from various countries illegally controlled by The PRC walk with us carrying their "true" flags. This day's walk will begin at 9AM from the George Washington Bridge in New Jersey and continue to the United Nations in New York City.
  6. Assist with recruiting high profile individuals (e.g., monks, nuns, entertainers, authors, scholars, religious leaders, government officials) who would be willing to walk part of the route (e.g., a day, weekend).
  7. Help arrange housing (floor space is definitely OK) along the route for about 15-25 people.
  8. Make a financial contribution to the International Tibet Independence Movement. The budget for this walk is $35,000.
