(<- Previous Report) March 28, 1997 (Next Report ->)

Thubten Jigme Norbu and Dadon appear on a morning Television show broadcast out of Buffalo, NY.

During the live show Norbu spoke about the March and human rights abuses in Tibet, stressing the fact that 17% of the Tibetan population has perished due to the Chinese occupation.

Dadon described the sadness she feels because she had to leave her country and live seperately from her family. Dadon then sang "Missing Tibet" while little Tenzin stood by her side. The entire segment ran for about 8 minutes. Practically eternity in TV-time.
